At Branddead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, since our products are printed on demand by a third-party printer, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than a defective or damaged product.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide us with a photo of the product to help us assess the issue. If we determine that a return is necessary, we will work with you to arrange a return shipment and issue a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products that are not defective or damaged. Once an order is placed and sent to the printer, it cannot be canceled or modified.
